Great!! Lot of reading there. Noted the reply number in my “notebook” for more perusal later.

Your post on drying was good, also. Think I will really get into drying if my garden ever gets going. It is looking better every day after a little badly needed sun. Wish I could get an idea of the nutritional value in different dried veggies, especially after they are ground into a powder. Your burgers sounded great and loaded with nutrition.

Some great info for comparing nutrient values canned/frozen/dried is found here:

These compare one pound quantities, so canned and frozen are about 1/10th of dehydrated. Seems they hold their nutrients really well.

At dinner tonight I came up with another experiment to try... Why not mix veggie powder in whole wheat bread... A bit of peanut butter, honey and veggie bread - just about a complete diet.
