Yes & No....
I have what we used to call a swimming pool 4’ X 24’ holds about 13,500 gallons that I am thinking seriously about putting downspouts to through a flue.
We were going to get rid of it, I pumped it out twice, even cut holes in the bottom, and it still fills up - now about 3 1/2 feet deep... So, rather than fight it, I will consider it a garden ‘cistern’ for now. They say it may be dry this summer, so maybe I was supposed to keep it...
