I don't know much about the VitaMix. Only seen ads on TV. But, for my needs, I want something to grind grain and/or beans without electricity. So, I'm looking for a hand mill not electric.
Those VitaMix blenders are the bomb! We used them in our concession trailer to make icee type drinks. They run like $300 but they are terrific.
