To me, instant mashed potatoes have the same color and consistency of wallpaper paste.

When my son was ready to graduate from high school, we moved back to my home town. We found a place where we could get 50# of red potaotes for $6. I don’t think it took us too long to go back for another.

I was considering growing potatoes this year. But they are still cheap and I hate digging potatoes.

The herb garden is being relocated to the front yard so we have more room for veggies in the back.
