Nope. The dump lever is the same as it always was. Still jettisons brews attempting to escape the carafe directly into space.
This one engages the steam pump for the initial brew cycle. Once it hits the third distillation filter, it's almost ready for decanting.

Check the over-flow valve on the coffee filter disposal unit. If the reprocessing unit outlet tube got jammed, it could be backing up through the over-flow.

As for worries... Probably none. Depends on if any of our local fauna get at the dregs. With the caffeine concentrations in it, we could have vorpal squirrels on our hands.
