The concept cars are made to show the know-how of the marks car, to make us dream or precede a future version of series. In any case, in years 50-60, the designers and engineers car had a futuristic vision and overflowed of imagination. All the manufacturers of planet their exercise of style at that time is made, but I have a preference for the American prototypes. And you?

That would make up the bulk of their base then. Add in a few book store workers and Starbuck employees as well...

Dunno ‘bout Star Trek. IN the Neurotic Generation, the Federales were too much like Commies...
The most positive view I have seen recently is Babylon 5. Although they had that idiotic “Diversity” message. (If I ran the Shadows, I’d see “Diversity” as something to exploit, not a strength...)

Red - I think the top car was called a Buick LeSabre (concept from the Fifties, before they introduced the name).

"The only positive vision of the future is found in Star-Trek" Perhaps this was the positive vision you were thinking of...

They're not very bright, and want more power than they know what to do with. I think they're Pakleds

Very possible.
Plus, the Pakleds were extremely jealous of more intelligent, resourceful, types and would steal from the productive in order to further their station.
I think you’ve hit on it.
