There is NO mention or story or video/audio of it anywhere.
No one, except Rush and a few bloggers have mentioned this serious gaffe of Obama not even knowing or understanding what he signed as part of his EO.
The media ha purposely kept a lid on this serious mistake. Had it been Bush who had to ask his counsel about what he just signed, it would have been a story for a week.
