I agree. I spent many nights in my backyard smoking cigars and rewatching every episode on my laptop.

It was so different the second time around. It's amazing how many little things that went practically unnoticed in some episode were actually very important later on. The writers for this show are incredible.

The best thing about watching it all again is the knowledge that all the dead people who appear are not really the dead people you thought they were the first time around. They are all that guy battling Jacob! Everything they say to the characters can now be viewed as advancing that guy's plan, whatever it is. Like when Mr. Eko's dead brother manipulates him. Or Christian fills Jack's head with stuff. Or Ben's daughter tells Ben to do whatever Locke says. Or dead Locke tells Richard what to tell alive Locke! They're all the same guy, and we don't even know anything about him or what he's really up to. It is such a new angle to view the show.
