Wow! The list keeps growing and growing and growing!
What have I gotten myself into when I volunteered for this? :-)
My guess is that the ugly print is supposed to be a distraction from ...
— Jane
That dress looks like something that Blanche would have worn on the Golden Girls
Dang, you’re gonna have your hands full for the next 4 years.
I’m a guy with little fashion sense, and even *I* can see that she dresses ugly.
The dress on the right is pretty, imo.
You are added, mrs tiggywinkle! :-)
Please add me to the Ping list. This is going to get good!
Oh my God - are those grapes on the fabric?
Michelle had her own personal designer for most of the campaign, until they decided to hide her. Oprah hired the designer. Don’t you remember all those fashion articles that the ran in the magazines, the one comparing her wardrobe to Jackie Kennedy’s more famous outfit? The only one that they left out was the pink boucle suit.
They got rid of the designer when Sarah Palin came on stage and they started bashing Palin’s wardrobe. I’m convinced that they were very worried that Michelle could not compete in the appearance area with Sarah Palin, no matter what they put on her. She is a very big woman, in heels, she seems taller than her husband, and bigger boned.
It looks to me like it WAS a basic black dress but she spent a little too much time under the ledge where the pigeons roost.

Please add me to the fashion disaster ping list..
i NEED to be added as well, please : ) there will be endless fodder for discussion, it appears!
It makes her look fat.
I loved most of First Lady Laura Bush’s wardrobe. I also liked that she wore things twice. Her style is unpretentious and classic.
You are added, conservative cat! :-)
Barry must have squeezed the Charmin.
I’m guessing wisteria.
No. Men wear pants. Women wear dresses.
I’m going to stick up for Michelle on this one.
ROFL!
