The Bible does NOT say that the only beings ‘out there’ are angels and fallen angels.
It’s essentially silent on the issue.
Arguing from silence is not a good bet.
Guy Malone believes, more or less, as I recall . . . that
all the purported aliens reported about are fallen angels, nephilium, watchers etc. He may well be right.
However, it is BIBLICALLY QUITE POSSIBLE, even probable that there ARE other worlds and civilizations on them.
Even if there are and even if such critters are part of the fleets dinking around with earth—THEY AS WELL—at least all those reported on—ARE ALSO IN CAHOOTS WITH SATAN toward setting up the global government of Biblical prophecy.
Some Biblical Scriptures perhaps hint at other habitable worlds . . . I don’t recall all of them off the top of my head but there are a few.
One is the fact that BELIEVERS IN JESUS WILL RULE AND REIGN WITH HIM ETERNALLY. I have a hard time seeing, imagining that happen exclusively over this planet.
Another is that Abraham was promised that his offspring would number as the grains of sand of the seashore. I believe that will turn out to be literal. I don’t expect THAT to have to do with exclusively this planet.
CERTAINLY we know that every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that JESUS THE CHRIST IS LORD OF LORDS AND KING OF KINGS.
One of the narratives I read in support of this article was about a bloke who woke up seeing a forming ephemeral form toward the foot of his bed. Next thing he was conscious of, he had a rod up his rear and was hoisted on said rod 2-3 feet above his bed. He screamed and his wife remained comotose. The next thing he screamed was recalling something from long forgotten Sunday School—something like ‘IN THE NAME OF JESUS STOP! JESUS HELP ME!’
INSTANTLY
the rod was withdrawn so quickly he fell hard back to his bed—so hard he woke his wife.
There have been many similar reports.
I didn’t know that mental health professionals had noted a big increase in such clients. I’d love to read the references on that, if anyone has them.
Okay, I know that there are those who are saying that there could be other created beings and civilizations out there, that God did create. I just don’t buy it, because even though the Bible doesn’t say specifically *not* — it doesn’t say, either, specifically so. And you’re saying that arguing from silence is not a good argument. Well, maybe so, but that’s where I’m at (and that it doesn’t fit well with the entire “construct” of the Bible’s “thinking” and how it’s all put together) ... That’s just me and my thinking from what I see of the Bible... LOL...
In regards to this — “I didnt know that mental health professionals had noted a big increase in such clients. Id love to read the references on that, if anyone has them.”
Well, yes.., I’ve read it elsewhere, and in several different places, over a period of time. I never bothered questioning it, because I had no reason to and I wasn’t really that interested in it, anyway. I mean, I’m not going to these kinds of professionals and I’m not getting hypnotized and so on... :-)
I would like to give you those references, but I can’t remember where and when. I’m sure others can come up with it.
Oh..., I just saw this above, about your comment — “I didnt know that mental health professionals had noted a big increase in such clients. Id love to read the references on that, if anyone has them.”
It’s post #31, and it says, in part —
There seems to be a growing concern within the psychiatric community from the strange (and far too frequent) reports from people who claim to have been “abducted” by the occupants of UFOs. These reports are too bizarre to accept, and yet too frequent-and consistent-to ignore. What is particularly disturbing is the estimate from some national polls that as much as 3% of the population may be involved!
Perhaps the most well-known researcher in this area is Dr. John E. Mack, who is professor of psychiatry at The Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School. A contributor to over 150 articles in professional (peer-reviewed) journals and a former Pulitzer Prize winner, he certainly appears to have impressive credentials.
He has been involved in almost a hundred of these cases personally, and has shocked the professional community by declaring that he believes these beings may be real and that they appear to have an agenda to develop a hybrid race!12
At a professional conference on abductions at M.I.T., Dr. Mack asked the provocative question, “If what these abductees are saying is happening to them isn’t happening, then what is?”13
Could all this involve a return to the strange events of “the Days of Noah?”
That’s a start towards the answer for your question...
