Dirk Vander Ploeg, the Publisher of UFO Digest, recently asked me if I knew of alien abductions having been stopped by the utterance of the name of Jesus. He told me that 'apparently this information is being withheld by Mufon and other reporters, investigators etc.'
I reminded him that I had written about the possibility of such occurrences in several articles including, Extraterrestrials Tremble at the Name of Jesus, UFO Digest March 29, 2007, and more recently The Birth of Christ caused the Extraterrestrial Extraterrestrials Tremble at the Name of Jesus, UFO Digest March 29, 2007, and more recently The Birth of Christ caused the Extraterrestrial Fallen Angels to Tremble December 3, 2008.
The word of God tells us that demons (as well as fallen angels, i.e. extraterrestrials) tremble at the name of Jesus (James 2:19) because God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above all names (Philippians 2:9). At the name of Jesus, every knee shall bow of those on the earth, and those under the earth and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10).
My own article last year, My Anonymous CIA Source: The Real Story of UFOs, UFO Digest, 6/16/08, revealed that my source in Washington who worked for the CIA for 25 years after working, I believe, for the top secret Operation Paperclip after WWII which brought Nazi scientists to America, some of whom were supposedly involved in flying saucer research, and who was in charge of security for President Kennedys visit to Germany in the early sixties, and was confidant to later Presidents, told me to stay with my UFO writings about the Bible. He then told me that you have the truth. All else is opinion. This statement from a man whom I trust and who served in the highest echelons.
I don't see any genetic similarities between chimps and fallen spirit beings. It would more akin to trying to mate with an amoeba. It wont be much fun and it will only anger the amoeba.
lol! It would certainly p!ss me off if I were an ameoba!
On the other hand, scholars of Genesis, Jude, and the Book of Enoch (sited by Jude) tell us that the human females and the fallen angels shared an overwhelming mutual attraction (and this is what caused the Fall).
The human-amoeba equivalency idea may be true but it requires making some rather large suppositions about what the heck angels actually are...and frankly without the Bible telling us about them we have very little to go on.
And, of course, if we listen to the Bible regarding angels, we have that inconvenient matter of it (the Bible) also being the very source of those pesky statements about human-angel interbreeding. And then, last but not least, there is also that unattractive story about Cain actually being the son of Satan.
ROTFLMAO!!!
How can I apply for that job??? :)
This is the very reason why I reject angel/human conjugation. It doesnt fit with what we know and there is very little to support the idea. But it does make for good fiction.
I just do not see it. There is nothing in Scripture that MUST be taken as speaking of angel/human breeding.
And then, last but not least, there is also that unattractive story about Cain actually being the son of Satan.
I cant seem to find that one anywhere.
Gen 6:1And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they [were] fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare [children] to them, the same [became] mighty men which [were] of old, men of renown.
You may disagree with the above, but when it comes to the Bible, there are as many different opinions as there are students of it (the Bible).
That said, exploring the Bible is like brushing away sand at an archeological dig...it may be a slow process but it occasionally reveals an amazing view into our distant past.
Gotta run some errands but thx for taking time to chat about this stuff.
A number of years ago while on a hunting trip to Kansas, the farm owner we stayed with introduced us to a guy whose nickname was Jesus. He got the name because he was so big, the first words out of your mouth were “Jesus he’s big!” LOL!
Oh brother!
HA HA!
Im very familiar with the passage. And as I said there is nothing that necessitates the notion that sons of God are fallen angels in Genesis 6.

We need to be careful not to brush away too much and fall into rank speculation.
That is a real true story. Merlin, aka Jesus, was pretty much the teeny town's handyman. Logan is in N.W. Kansas and you can stand in the middle of town and look east then west and see the fields in either direction. Logan is strictly a farming community and Merlin's sole income was working for any of the farmers in that community who needed heavy work done for them. I loved that place........
Can you give me one place in the Old Testament where the term "sons of God" is used to mean anything other than angels?
Well that’s some story...hard to believe...and kinda funny too!
angel/human conjugation...But it does make for good fiction.
Mostly bad fiction.
We need to be careful not to brush away too much and fall into rank speculation.
Dude, you're no fun.
How long has disbelieving Scripture
been such a habit?

Ahhhh . . .
So now the Bible’s assertions are “fiction.”
And yet such naysayers presume to pretend so stridently that
THEIR
view of Scripture is superior to that of Pentecostals etc.
ROTFLOL.
Cue dog slapping floor hilariously.
No wonder such silly assertions flow like the Mississippi in flood stage from some naysayers.
They can’t even accept plain simple Scripture as fact.
How preposterous that they expect us to accept THEIR view of Scripture!
Shocking. Utterly galactically shocking.
I had no idea “Calvinists” couldn’t/wouldn’t accept simple, straightforward plain Scripture as fact.
Oh, that’s right . . .
THEY know better than God, what the “facts” “REALLY” are! LOL.
Which word have you not understood?
I’ve been a BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN most of my life. They don’t seem authorized to abduct such.
However, I have studied the topic since 1962.
How long have you studied it?
I have a relative who worked around the craft. Do you?
I’ve met and talked with many world class experts on the topic including Japan’s foremost expert. Have you?
Ahhhhh.
Guy Malone’s excellent group of experts seemed to deal with that issue rather conclusively but I don’t recall the details.
