Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Civil-Fielder, has begun divorce proceedings against the troubled singer, People reports.
"I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery," Henri Brandman, a lawyer for Civil-Fielder, said in a statement.
In recent weeks, Winehouse has been spotted cavorting with 21-year-old rugby player, Josh Bowman, telling News of the World in a candid interview that she's finally sobered up and "in love again."
Civil-Fielder, who spent almost a year in jail for assault ("My Blake, my Blake incarcerated!"), first spoke of ending his marriage to the 25-year-old in November. "I have to let her go to save her life," he said at the time.
The two have been married since May 2007.

She looks healthier in that pic than she’s looked in a long time. Maybe this guy is good for her. The hubby wasn’t. She sent me an email on my birthday and I love her music. She’s in my prayers.
I thought it was the Christian thing to be forgiving when someone tries to rise above their failings.
I guess it's ok to be judgemental.
