The thing about it is that even though he's gay, he's a pretty decent looking guy with a good singing voice. Why he chooses to hide behind that bad comedy routine, I can't even begin to guess. It isn't going to win him the competition -- unless this year's audience is all composed of Obama voters.
A year ago I would have laughed at that, but now I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes it into the Top 12 tomorrow night.

This show has been on for 8 years and by now it's easy to figure out. It's not about the singing at this stage and was never about the singing for ole Norman. It's about the schtick. Someone's going to see him, and put him in a spot made for his character. Just watch. I will REMEMBER him, even though I don't like him.
