How do they judge the preliminaries?
Do these 4 judge the whole 10, 000 in KC?
They sing for producers or assistant producers and are weeded out that way. The good or “interesting” ones are asked back to audition for the 4.
The producers listen to everyone and then pick a select number to audition in front of the judges.
