No, me either. I mean she was good, but not slobber all over her good. She might not win this competition, but I think she will definitely make the top 12. I like her like a kitty goes crazy over catnip, I wonder why? ;-)

I dont get how they can fawn all over Alexis, but not Anoop?Oh pleeeaasse RK? Honestly, would you rather go to a rockin' Alexis concert, or a dull boring Anoop campfire sing-a-along. This girl, I think, has star growth potential, Anoop has one speed, sappy. He's very likable, but boring and too lankly tall! You ain't gonna see no Anoop dog jumpin' off a stack of speakers at a concert without crakin' some bone!

Thats OK....I saw Kelly Pickler at the Florida State Fair this year..
I saw her last year when she opened for Brad Paisley and she did a decent job. I kinda like her!

True but not all concerts have to be wild and rowdy! I've been to nice mellow shows where there is no guitar smashing or loud bass playing and enjoyed them just as much as the ones where it's loud and you stand up for the entire show and your ears are ringing after.
Anoop jumping off some speakers would look ridiculous as you say...but I'd still like to give him another chance to see what he can do and hopefully he will be back with a wildcard.

Now, about the Fun Girls--LOL
I never thought of it before, but "Fun Girls" is a 1963 way of saying skanks :) So Thelma Lou was definitely not a Fun Girl.
Daphne and Skippy on the other hand ...

Theyve really turned this upside down. Now the person thats NOT kicked off sings their song again.Way better, IMO. Who the hell wants to relisten to the person who sucked?
;^)
(And Alexis was even better this time! I love her!)

What’s the wild card? Please explain.
I though they split them up into four groups and then voters pick three out of each group for the Top 12. Am I confused again?

You’re more than welcome. You do so much for the thread, I’m glad to help out any way I can.
As an aside there is very little info on Jeanine Vailes. Not just clips or music but info in general. Several sites are looking, but coming up empty handed.

There are three groups. Group 2 and 3 perform the next two weeks. They pick 1 male and 1 female and then the third best vote getter to go into the finals from each of the three groups.
The fourth week there will be 12 contestants who were not in the top three for their week. That's the wild card group. 3 of the wild card group will go into the finals along with the top three from the three previous weeks, for a total of 12 finalists.

Have you ever gone to any of the ‘Mayberry Days’?
To: silent_jonny
Carly and Michael perform a duet of their own, a cover of "The Letter". They sound pretty good together. I disagree. I thought they sounded bad together. Especially compared to Cook and Underwood. The arrangement was terrible, too.
