OK, the black guy is the brother of the guy Jack died. And he’s taken the time to launch a widescale project to build a device to hack our infrastructure just so he could get back at us for killing his brother? Except that only happened a couple of months ago, and wouldn’t this have been a years-long project?
And if you could take out all of the United States, wouldn’t you want something more than “just let us alone and let us keep killing our people?”
