I was at the Apple store in Manhattan (near Central Park) - it was a madhouse...

Apple has brought fun back to computing - it reminds me of the days of the Atari 800 and Commodore 64, except that now it’s “normal” people and not just us tech heads who are enjoying the fun..

I don’t think I’d ever see as many people at a Gateway store or Dell Kiosk as I saw at the Apple store today..

I use Windows and Windows tools (C#, .NET, etc) for a living, but when I buy my next computer for home use, it will be an Apple..

New Mac user as of Christmas.

Constant Crashes under iwork. Downloading updates as we speak. Safari also chokes on web sites as frequently as IE, which I did not expect with OS X.

I bought this machine so my wife wouldn’t need help with the computer, she’s taking classes at the Apple store but so far, she is still having problems.

She still loves her Mac but I still don’t get it. But then again, I turned off the Vista special effects because I thought they were distracting.
