Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

Obama e-mail propaganda
(Q) I received some disturbing e-mail questioning just how Sen. Barack Obama, a man of such modest means, could afford to go to Harvard University. All these innuendos are creating fear about who helped Obama at that time and whether he will be an open ear to their causes once he’s in the White House.
(A) This e-mail has started making the rounds again. It uses questions, suppositions and conjecture with a large dose of conspiracy theory to conclude that Sen. Obama’s education was paid for by foreign interests, and ends with the ominous implication that we must “beware the enemy from within.”
Obama has addressed this question many times in the past two years. He says he took out student loans and had some scholarship money to pay the approximately $75,000 for his three years at Harvard.
His wife, Michelle, also a Harvard Law School graduate, has said the family didn’t get out of debt until Obama wrote two bestselling books, The Audacity of Hope and Dreams from My Father. She said the monthly payments on their school debt was larger than their mortgage.
The Obamas reported income of almost $1.7-million in 2005, about $1-million in 2006 and about $4-million in 2007.

In his book, not only doesn’t Obama mention his employer’s name; he fails to say when he worked there, or why he left the job. There may well be no significance to these omissions, but inasmuch as Business International has a long association with the world of intelligence, covert actions, and attempts to penetrate the radical left — including Students for a Democratic Society — it’s valid to wonder if the inscrutable Mr. Obama is concealing something about his own association with this world.

Yes, very possible, and most likely what they were referring to when they said they have his passport.
There is also an article which Lynn Sweet wrote for “The Chicago Sun Times” in which she tried to get exact information to the claim that Jr had worked summer jobs during his time at University. The claim made by his campaign is that he sold subscriptions to the NYT and he also (now don’t fall off your seat laughing) worked in construction.

But observers speculated that one reason might be the racially charged nature of the election. Mr. Obama has acknowledged benefiting from affirmative action in the past, and details about his academic performance might open him up to critics eager to accuse him, probably unfairly, of receiving a free ride, Mr. Kabaservice said.
“Anyone who is a minority and who’s come up partially through the meritocracy ; getting into good colleges, and subsequently good law schools ; is going to come under suspicion that there was some kind of affirmative action boost,” he said. “I suspect this is an area of discomfort for Obama.”
In contrast with the rest of Mr. Obama’s life story, little is known about his college experience. He attended Occidental College in Los Angeles for two years before transferring to Columbia in 1981. The move receives only a mention in Mr. Obama’s 1995 memoir, “Dreams from My Father,” which instead devotes that chapter to his impressions of race and class struggles in New York.
An article in a Columbia University publication, Columbia College Today, reported that Mr. Obama has portrayed Columbia as a period of buckling down following a troubled adolescence. He did not socialize much, he has said, instead spending a lot of time in the library, “like a monk.” He has also stated that he was involved to some extent with the Black Students Organization.
Federal law limits the information that Columbia can release about Mr. Obama’s time there. A spokesman for the university, Brian Connolly, confirmed that Mr. Obama spent two years at Columbia College and graduated in 1983 with a major in political science. He did not receive honors, Mr. Connolly said, though specific information on his grades is sealed. A program from the 1983 graduation ceremony lists him as a graduate.

So what’s the record? As a high school student, Obama’s first job was at a Baskin-Robbins ice cream store. He also has mentioned he worked construction. And we know about the famous summer job between his second and third years of law school at Sidley Austin in Chicago, where he met Michelle, who was already at the firm. The summer before, Obama worked at Hopkins & Sutter, a law firm in Chicago.
Here’s what we know for the first time, with information passed on from the Obama campaign in response to my inquiries: As a college student at Occidental in Southern California, Obama returned home to Hawaii the summer after freshman year to sell island trinkets in a gift shop. Obama also had a summertime job at a deli counter in Hawaii — making sandwiches.
Once in New York to attend Columbia, one summer Obama worked for a private company holding a contract to process health records of either police or firefighters; I’m not sure exactly what he did.
During one school year at Columbia, Obama was a telemarketer in midtown Manhattan selling New York Times subscriptions over the phone, wearing a headset. He did not like the job because “he worried that some of the people he called couldn’t really afford the subscription.”
Michelle Robinson Obama worked at what was known then as Bob Goldman’s Book Bindery in 1980-1981 while a Whitney Young High School student in Chicago.
Once at Princeton, she worked for all four undergraduate years at the Third World Center on campus, part of a paid work-study program where she started a child care program.
During the summers of 1982, 1983 and 1985, she was employed at the Chicago-based American Medical Association as an assistant to the executive director. She was a typist and helped prepare materials for the big AMA fall meeting.
But the summer of 1984 brought a new experience for Michelle: She was a camp counselor at the Fresh Air Fund (Camp ABC) in New York state, working with campers from the city.
After her first year at Harvard Law, she was a summer associate at the old Chadwell & Keiser law firm in Chicago. The next year, she was a summer associate at Sidley, splitting the summer between the Chicago and Washington offices.
The Obamas complain about their college debt, but they did attend expensive schools. Obama took out $42,753 in loans to pay for Harvard tuition. Michelle signed notes for $40,762 in loans for her Harvard years.
Obama had a full scholarship for his freshman year at Occidental, taking out loans — the best I could get was “tens of thousands” to pay for the rest of his undergraduate school, with some help from his grandparents. At Princeton, as mentioned, Michelle had the work-study grant, got some help from her folks and took out “tens of thousands” of loans to pay tuition.
The story is that he was born Barack Hussein Obama and then was adopted by Lolo Soetoro before Lolo returned to Indonesia as ordered by the Indonesian government. When Lolo returned to Indonesia he was sent into exile by the military government for a year so he wouldn’t contaminate Indonesian citizens with ideas of things he had learned in the U.S. Lolo returned to Indonesia mere days before Ann and Jr arrived. When Lolo adopted Jr his old birth certificate would have been sealed and even Jr could not access it without going to court. A new certificate would have been issued reflecting the name change to Barry Soetoro. Lolo had to have adopted Jr before he left for Indonesia as there wasn’t time upon his return to arrange the paperwork before Ann and Jr arrived there. When Jr returned to Hawaii I think that there was some court time while his father, Obama Sr, was visiting as he was registered at Punahou as Barry Obama contrary to rumors that he used the Soetoro name until he went to Oxy for the second year. I also believe further court action would have been required to grant legal guardianship to his grandparents in case of an emergency.
Neither have the thugs who think they can impose serfdom on the rest of us.
DId she ever take Jr to africa as an infant to visit his relatives (grandparents). Would there be an application for a passport for him or would he have travel on his mother’s passport?
Could he have traveled on her passport if he was a subjectof the queen? We’re back to he’s a British citizen through his father/Brithish passport. Not an American through his mother.

In Indiana an Educational Guardianship is simply signed and witnessed by a notary. No registration at the court house. It’s often used by parents and grandparents
Don’t know who bought the home. It is listed in a Rezko attorney’s name and that one also pays the taxes.
