Not particularly. Psystar’s Hackintosh-for-pay line was set up, more or less, to be a lawsuit factory.

It is almost certainly being bankrolled by Microsoft.

As for the “other clone makers” - *where*??? There don’t seem to be any.

Los Hermanos Psystar have inspired an Argentinean clone maker. That much we know. The others we don't know operate by stealth.....Lest they get sued by uncle Stevie

And as far as Argentina clone makers? Uncle Stevie's law doesn't reach that far. Apple clones will become popular on the "beyond lawsuit" periphery. The clone knowledge base will grow there. One day Apple will give up and just authorize Psystar USA type clone makers after forcing a decent level of quality control on them
