It is almost certainly being bankrolled by Microsoft.
As for the “other clone makers” - *where*??? There don’t seem to be any.

And as far as Argentina clone makers? Uncle Stevie's law doesn't reach that far. Apple clones will become popular on the "beyond lawsuit" periphery. The clone knowledge base will grow there. One day Apple will give up and just authorize Psystar USA type clone makers after forcing a decent level of quality control on them
