The Neandertal EnigmaFrayer's own reading of the record reveals a number of overlooked traits that clearly and specifically link the Neandertals to the Cro-Magnons. One such trait is the shape of the opening of the nerve canal in the lower jaw, a spot where dentists often give a pain-blocking injection. In many Neandertal, the upper portion of the opening is covered by a broad bony ridge, a curious feature also carried by a significant number of Cro-Magnons. But none of the alleged 'ancestors of us all' fossils from Africa have it, and it is extremely rare in modern people outside Europe." [pp 126-127]

Isn’t this racist?/s
so red heads should be considered a protective class and be listed as a minority and get special treatment since they are neanderthals.
South Park had a field day with “gingers.” This would make for another hilarious episode.
Did they have pupil-less eyes and say “hot alligator” and “leaping lizards” a lot?
Yeah yeah yeah... ping to me.
Don’t forget Wendy, and tell her to bring bacon cheeseburgers and frosties with her. Neanderthal staples.
One of the classic South Park episodes. “Ginger Kids” showed Cartman what racism is all about, but not enough.
Cartman showing photos of Ginger Kids:
“Gross”...”yuck”...
I’m a freckled redhead with type B blood. I am my own race! The superior one.
South Park Neanderthal Ginger Ping!
(Actually, I like redheads)
You can watch episodes for free from the SouthPark website itself.
I’d like my reparations now, please.
I DO NOT want to start an evolution argument here but.... Modern chimpanzees the ancestors of humans and Neanderthals? I don't think so. Evolutionary theory posits common ancestors to great apes and humans, but saying that humans descended from chimps is horribly sloppy science.
Mine’s A+.
I scored higher than you.
;-D
