
In the time frame, it is 10 minutes after I saw what I did, also, the pattern doesn't look to convincing, HOWEVER, if the thing was coming at that angle, it would appear to be going East to South East from where I was standing, maybe. Also, due to time for air to condense and maybe reflect, the 10 minute lapse would explain vapor condensation around the path. I wish I could see the altitude of the streak from East to West to see if it started high and went low at the west end of that streak! :)

Hammas is getting meaner and meaner
The streak is a radar streak which is due to weather radar backscatter. It is not uncommon with sensitive radar available today. If you look closely, you will see the left part of the streak points to a location on Long Island. This is the Upton, NY weather radar location (which coincidently looks to be located at Brookhaven National Lab). Here is a link to detailed discussion of such streaks and other anomalous images.
