When the 2nd Earth is found (and assuming it's uninhabited) I hereby claim it for Conservatives.

The 0.95-meter diameter telescope is now at Ball Aerospace & Technologies (Boulder, CO), having passed the necessary environmental tests that demonstrate its space-worthiness. I hope they were more conscientious than they were with the Hubble Mirror. That one was ground to the wrong curve.
