I still think that Lingle knows something and it comes out in what she does not say.

Lingle is sworn by oath to uphold, among other things, the Constitution of the United States. If she were true to her oath, she wouldn't have to be coy about this.

All governors are sworn by oath to uphold the Constitution, but perhaps not all of them know the Constitution well enough to be aware of when one of its finer or grosser points is being violated.

It's either gross ignorance on her part, OR she's waiting for the Justices to act on the pending cases that will affect the "President-elect" who will truly achieve that title after January 9th.

Governor Lingle is sworn to uphold the law and the law of privacy is on Obama (or whatever his name is) side.

There's a constant Democrat majority in the Hawaii congress that would just love to remove a Republican from office for any breech of the law. The Dems control congress by a 3-1 ratio so an impeachment would be a done deal.
