Earlier this month we reported about a sighting of a luminous grey UFO in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds in the United Kingdom. The UFO was seen spinning and hovering over the St Edmundsbury Cathedral by a townsman who promptly notified the police. It later emerged that the UFO was also seen by a staff member of the Cathedral. Sarah Friswell, the Cathedrals visitor officer, noted that the topic of the mysterious craft had come up in a staff meeting and

Prepare for the inevitable scoffers accusing anyone who even shows an interest in such things as being ‘tin foil hat conspiracy types’, there will be the obligatory phuckwit who makes a reference to the ‘X’ Files, usually along the lines of (of course) “the truth is out there”, perhaps a reference to E.T., or to Robin Williams in his role of ‘Mork from Ork’, perhaps even a lame ‘Scotty Beam Us Up’ comment.
Meanwhile, they have no explanation at all for why the UK (just to name one nation) has been compiling data on repeated and numerous UFO sightings for decades, and of course no way at all of addressing the reports of the ultimate credible witnesses, military and commercial pilots.
Be they from outside the Earth’s atmosphere or from some other dimension parallel to our own, there are entities of some sort intruding into our planetary space.

Undeniably so. (Interesting how many things you and I agree on, ay!)
Ever read Edwin Abbott Abbott’s “Flatland”? Highly recommended. I read it when I was quite young and everything made sense after that: UFOs, multi-dimensions, the whole works.
It’s a short book, about 80 pages, written as an allegory. Highly entertaining, written over 100 years ago.
Else I’m wrong, it may even be available as a Gutenburg Project free text download.
I am a scoffer. I looked at the video (just a slow close up of a still photo with cryptic music).
The photo in question is out of focus: no details can be seen.
So all I have to go on is something mysterious in the sky. There are no rivets, no windows, no license plates. The object is as white as a cloud.
My point is this: There is nothing in this picture to indicate a spaceship. Its of something mysterious, but to claim this is a spaceship is jumping to a wild conclusion.
There are lots of mysterious things in the sky. But does seeing something Unidentified mean you have witnessed a spaceship from another planet? NO. It means you saw something unidentifiable.
Certainly the lack of focus or discernible detail make me wonder. This appears near power lines. Could this be an out of focus picture of someone’s tennis shoe hanging by its laces?
—>without detail, my explanation is as good as yours.
There is a bit to this story-funnily when the UFO was first sighted some people made reference to the fact it was on the ley-now this
I used some photoshop elements to enlarge and sharpen it...
Looks like a Hawaiian birth certificate..
Quick! Isn’t Coast-to-Coast radio on in the US right now! LOL

At the risk of being identified as one of the “inevitable scoffers” allow me to present a comparison between the UFO in Suffolk and the November 20 meteor over eastern Alberta/western Saskatchewan. The meteor was captured on at least three different video cameras. Eastern Alberta is a lot less densely populated than Suffolk and in the UK there is a police camera covering just about every street corner. Doesn’t it seem just a bit odd that there isn’t a lot more evidence of the Suffolk sighting than one video, shot through power lines to confuse the auto focus, of a blurry UFO shaped like a small cloud and one “possible” photo?

In the immortal words of Enrico Fermi, Così, dove sono?
(sorry, people.....hiccup in the internet????? conspiracy?????)
With untold millions of security cameras, on permanent mounts, running 24 hours a day all over the world, why hasn't there been anything produced beyond the unfocused blobs of light that the hoax industry has been shopping since 1947?
No doubt you have been sifting through the security camera footage??
Aliens no doubt disturbed your REM sleep last night.
I try to keep an open mind.
But, since the most advanced societies on our planet find it necessary to add layer upon layer of safety regulations to protect the lowest common denominators of society...
Surely and advanced civilization capable of travelling from a different world would have the same.
So, until UFO’s come in flourescent orange, with blinking landing lights and a audible “beep beep” when backing up, along with speed limit restrictions and mandatory environmental controls, call me a skeptic.
; )
Pout all you like, but after all these years there's still no "proof".
