Supreme Court refused to hear the Donofrio case because he was a kook!

First, Donofrio admits that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Second, he tortures the law and the Constitution to come up with the twisted interpretation that Obama wasn't a Naturally born citizen because Obama's FATHER was a British subject.

Third, if the Supreme Court HAD taken the case, then MILLIONS of people born inside the US with one or both parents not being US citizens would no longer be considered US citizens.

The Supreme Court isn't going to waste it's time on such stupidity.

Now, when someone actually appeals to the Supreme Court and questions the LOCATION of Obama's birth, THEN I believe the Supreme Court will hear it.

HE DIDN'T NEED TO! His case is all about determining natural-born citizenship! Nowhere in his case does it concern a birth certificate or COLB.

I did look up the law, smartass. The law says that if one parent is a US citizen and Obama is born in the US, then he is a naturally born citizen.

The whoile premise of this case is rediculous on its face. Donofrio contends that a law in a foreign nation (British law considered him a citizen at birth) precludes an American citizen from becoming president. Niether the U.S. nor it’s citizens are subject to British law. If this were the case then Iran could simply pass a law that made all U.S. citizens automatic citizens of Iran and make ALL U.S. citizens ineligible.....fortunately their law would hold no weight in U.S. law
