In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".

dunno. I certainly hope that she isn’t in any discomfort. when one has to go into and out from the winter’s cold, aching fractures aren’t fun.

Good morning. I festooned the living room at our house last night after pulling the Christmas tree, garlands, wreaths, stockings, lights, and ornaments out of the attic during halftime of a very disappointing football game yesterday.
And with the penalties the past few games, ou has become the new Miami

Is that just because Texas Tech got hosed by the tie-breaker system the Big 12 had in place? I am supporting ALL Big-12 teams in the bowls and hoping for a Big 12 Bowl sweep.
True enough. But the neighbor’s lawn where many leaves landed is a woman w/ 2 little ones, and her husband in off learning to fly in the Navy. So I cut and rake her yard as well. I think it’ll be easier to have one of my trees cut down.
No it is mainly because I have a deep and abiding hatred for all things ou and because I’m tired of texas thinking they are the only team in the State. I can cheer for Kansas and Missouri and Nebraska and Ok State - no problem.
