I took today off as well. Guess I needed it. Slept til 10, got up, ate an orange and headed for the couch and a nap.
Don’t get to the beach much even though it’s close. Too many tourists in the summer and the powers that be have recently decided to tear down all but one of the local piers and build condos. Condos haven’t sold, which serves them right. The local amusement park sold out this summer, so basically there’s nothing for tourists to do now at the beach except shop and watch tv in their condos. Shaking head. The reason people come here is to have fun, not look at a bunch of butt ugly condos. Or as my MIL says, condoms. You know, those houses on the beach. She’s blond, can you tell? LOL I love her dearly, but she can come up with some zingers! Have a great day!
