They are quite easily made. I do so enjoy them with tea. I'd get married again if I could find a pleasant Irish Lady who makes them for afternoon tea regularly. I might even move to Ireland for that pleasantry. ;-)

I might even move to Ireland for that pleasantry. ;-) Ireland, hmmm. I always think of England and scones. I guess both though. :) We had them for high tea on the Orient Express in London, and I have a friend here who's not English, but has always spent a lot of time there - she always has scones at her cocktail parties. I guess I just never thought of them as being traditionally an Irish biscuit.
