Actually, that was the only part remaining. If you watch it again, you will see him go from 'Not at all' to the quote you cite, eliding the rather wonky line about deceit, which I would have cut for not being funny, even though it did savage up the skit.

For me, the saddest part of this is that this demonstrates graphically to anyone not already regrooved exactly how much contempt the Democrats have for the rest of us (including run-of-the-mill Democrats) and how oblivious most people are to it. They paraded it in public just as blatantly as in this skit and the actual language used at the time was only gentler, not different in implication. People still didn't notice or decided to construe it agreeably to their own preconceived bloated overestimation of their own intellectual worth. That includes the audience who sat there and sort of reacted to the skit. It was aimed directly at them. I wonder how many of them recognized that?

Pretty sad, IMHO.
