Catching up, early this morning, it suddenly struck me where I've read your writing style before: it's a Southern woman's version of Lake Wobegone Days; all the humor of the daily disasters minus the Swedes and Norwegians. You write like Kellior, sans the leftism.

Why, thank you! I am originally from the Midwest. We even have a few Swedes in NE Missouri. They’d have original nicknames, like “Old Swede,” “Big Swede,” or “Swede’s Boy.”
