Property taxes are 1.25% of sale price?
Can I find some smaller 35 year or less home as a rental for under $100k?
If so, what might be the lower prices I could look into?
Are there little non condo homes for $75K?
Just wonder where the bottom is out there right now.
Out here, things are still at least in the mid 300K area for starters.
