Forty-five years later, the controversy continues: Was John F. Kennedy felled by a lone assassin's bullet?
Or was he the victim of a conspiracy involving the KGB, or the military, or the CIA, or organized crime or Cuban exiles? Or was it a combination?
My WND column this week features some fascinating websites that explore the circumstances -- and deaths -- associated with the murder of JFK, including one where you can watch a real-time EarthCam view of Dealey Plaza.

Lee Harvey Oswald
Lee Harvey Oswald
LBJ!
Bush’s fault.
Isn’t there some sort of release of confidential papers expected 75 years after the assassination? Afraid I won’t be around to read all about it.
I admit it. I did it.
Let’s move on
I don’t know but I would like to spank the author of every screed on the incident.
I used to believe the conspiracy theories, largely based upon a discussion with Oswald’s riflery instructor and a belief that the shots would be too difficult for someone like Oswald to accomplish from such an angle. Then I visited the Dallas book repository and, looking out of the window from which Oswald supposedly shot, noticed that it’s really not that far of shot and that the change in elevation in the road would actually tend to help a novice compensate for the angle. So at this point I’ve come to the conclusion that I no longer care. As with most “great” leaders, Kennedy’s legacy is better than it would have been had he survived a full term. And that’s not saying much.
There was no controversy until you brought it all up again... The Cigarette Man from X-files did it.
Mary Jo Kopechne.
I’m pretty sure it was 50 years; you just might make it.
P.S.
That is what I was told my an inside source years ago.
I’ll go with you LBJ did it.
we just know the one guy couldn’t have pulled it off alone.
oswald was their scapegoat.
I think I read it will be in 2014.
Hang in there my friend.
Oliver Stone I believe.
