so us FReepers give off a "fringe feel"...........yep, I feel a little fringy since the election....I'm still clinging to religion.

my knee verdict......physical therapy, celebrex and come back in two months, which turned into three since he is booked up....first doc said interior knees, this one agreed and added behind the knee itself and he thinks bone spurs are adding to my woes. he wants my records from the last doc and we will see where we are at the next appointment. no lifting, I can use the eliptical...progress I guess.
