This is one vanity I approve of as I have not seen any discussion on here of what went on yesterday and we do need to know and it does need to be discussed. I’m curious as to why you would prefer that not happen publicly?

From what I gather the ISP itself went into some sort of identity crisis and brainlock. I picked up some snippets that cannot be confirmed that the whois server or ISP might have been the victim of an attack virus, a basic but effective one.

Admin Moderator could also mass Freepmail every account explaining what happened but he didn’t. There could be a sticky thread letting everybody know what happened but there isn’t.

I would agree except that it has been noted by the FR powers to be FR has become awash lately with vanity threads and asked people to refrain. Ex: Free Republic is Drowning in Vanity Postings--Please Stop (Mod note--we concur).
