The “BEHEAD THOSE WHO INSULT ISLAM” sign ... was this carried and displayed somewhere on a USA street, or was that photo taken abroad someplace? Was it carried outside of that church in Florida?

I’m not really sure about that. The description of the Lord found in the Old and New Testaments is quite different than the description of Allah found in the Koran.

The pastor should have put “Jehovah” instead of God.
