If Obama loses, he will be dead inside of a year. He knows way too much and owes FAR too much to unknown parties. (Observation)

Yes. He has several options since he has 2 campaign funds. One for the primaries and one for the general election. There are rules for mingling them but most politicians will keep them separate for future campaigning. Campaign funds can donate to other campaign funds at unlimited levels.

Overall, he can choose to keep the funds for personal use if he pays income tax on them.

Personally, I think he should cut some checks for residents of his old South Side neighborhoods. You know...spread the wealth.
