If anyone has a link to a clear, legible copy of the decision, please ping me. Arthur, as I and others have indicated over the past few weeks, the dismissal of the case based on lack of standing was quite predictable, based on stare decisis
I skimmed some of the 34 page decision, but the copy i downloaded is hard to read. It does appear to contain an in depth discussion of the legal issues presented by a case of this nature. For example, one thing I noticed was the court stating that a request for documents under FOIA would require disclosure by a governmental agency, INCLUDING the executive branch, though it does not apply to private entities.
