Bill Clinton Vindicated! Proof Domestic Terrorists Attracted to Tea Party Movement
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2499136/posts
It looks like Bill Clinton may finally have proof for his charge that the Tea Party movement has attracted domestic terrorists. Unfortunately the terrorist is a pal of President Barack Obama and is solidly on the liberal side of the political spectrum.
William Ayers, former Weather Underground terrorist and reputed ghost author for his Hyde Park, Chicago neighbor Barack Obama, spoke to a reporter from ABC affiliate KSFN last night in Fresno, California about how he “didn’t quite know why the Tea Party folks are mad at him”:
“I actually think that there are many things we would agree upon. Including skepticism of the government—which I’m very skeptical of. I think I’m more skeptical of corporate America than they are but never the less, yeah, I think that we probably share more than they imagine.”
Speaking last week before the 15th anniversary of the Oklahoma City federal building bombing, Clinton tied the Tea Party movement to domestic terrorism:
” This tea party movement can be a healthy thing if they are making us justify every dollar of taxes we raise and every dollar of money weve spent, he said. But when you get mad, sometimes you end up producing the exact opposite result of what you say you are for.
What we learned from Oklahoma City is not that we should gag each other or that we should hold less passion for the positions we hold, but that our words really do matter. There is this vast echo chamber, and the words fall on the serious and delirious alike. Have at it. Go fight. Do whatever you want. You dont have to be nice. But be careful with what you say and do not advocate violence.
CBS affiliate KGPE reported that Ayers said last night the Weather Underground never killed anyone:
“We were not terrorist organization and that is because we never threatened to kill people, we never killed people — we did destroy property and answered for those things.”
That is a lie.
Read the remarks by Weather Underground FBI informer Larry Grathwohl for the murderous history of the Weather Underground:
“...The question we want answered is why terrorists close to him politically have escaped justice for the 1970 bombing of the Park Police Station in San Francisco. We believe the Department of Justice should make available all the evidence in this case to local authorities and law enforcement officials.
“I was in the Weather Underground as an informant/infiltrator for the FBI. I have testified, spoken, and written about the involvement of Weather Underground terrorist leaders Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in that bombing. That bombing on February 16, 1970, took the life of Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell. There is no statute of limitations on murder.”
“...One other historical fact that demands mention is the explosion of the Weatherman bomb factory in Greenwich Village in February of 1970. The bombs being built for use at an Army dance at the Ft. Dix Army Base on a Saturday night contained roofing nails for the shrapnel effect, and if the bombs hadnt prematurely detonated, killing three Weathermen, the effect would have been devastating.
In January 2001 as part of his going out of business pardon spree at the end of his term, the disgraced President Clinton commuted the sentences of two Weather Underground terrorists, Linda Sue Evans and Susan Rosenberg.
From ABC News:
One former member of the Weather Underground, Linda Sue Evans, was in 1985 sentenced to five years in prison carrying a gun and for harboring a fugitive — Marilyn Buck, who drove the getaway car during the Black Liberation Army’s notorious Brink’s armored car robbery in Nanuet, NY, where a Brink’s guard and two police officers were killed. Evans was then tried for previous crimes. She got five years for conspiring to bomb the U.S. Capitol in 1983, since she had helped forge IDs for others involving in the bombing. She also was sentenced to 30 years on gun charges — for using false identification to buy three rifles, a pistol, and ammo.
Evans served 16 years, but in January 2001 her sentence was commuted by then-President Bill Clinton.
Another former member, Susan Rosenberg was in 1984 caught in possession of 740 pounds of dynamite intended for use in terrorist attacks. She was sentenced to 58 years in prison. Rosenberg was also allegedly involved in the Brink’s robbery.
In 2001, then-President Bill Clinton commuted her sentence, freeing her, in an action widely covered at the time as a pardon.
Better put some ice on that, Mr. President.
