Balloons? Balloons are designed to flow with upper level streams. These were motionless for at least six minutes. I don’t know how long they were there before we spotted them.
They were ballons. If the ballons path of altitude increase is at an angle that is in line with your line of sight it would give the apperance of being in one place. But in fact it is climbing higher and away from you at the same time.
And it may not have even been anything more then a couple of small ballons.
I release maybe fifty ballons a week, sometimes even more.
