Just wondering how FReepers are reacting to the debate. I didn't see a thread devoted to the second debate.

Isn’t it funny how a liar always looks smug. I can’t imagine anyone who was heartily working for America in trouble right now looking so smug.
poland? ukraine?
Sadly your right - but Obama doesn't have any real solutions for this country, someone else who believes in Nuclear Power, Offshore drilling, etc will be the one to re-energize this country.
Nuts.
Why doesn’t he take him on about this 95% will get a tax cut nonsense?
Obama’s so called tax cut is just another stimulus check promise, just to buy votes, (fat chance they’ll ever even do it). It’s just an empty promise that is a rope-a-dope to buy votes from the ignorant. And they want to call it a tax cut. Phooey!
Meanwhile they are planning to sunset the Bush tax cuts that went to everyone, causing an avg. family to pay 2000$ more in taxes per year.
It makes me sick how they get away with this lie.
Get ready for $10 a gallon gasoline ‘cause we won’t be drillin’ in these parts.
Two crappy candidates. Neither one competent to deal with the crisis at hand.
You're absolutely correct! I'm afraid I'm watching our Country slip away tonight. I'm ashamed that this will happen in my lifetime. We let our forefathers down.
Chili? Are you producing your own natural gas?
Our only hope is that in two years some real conservatives run and take over congress.
The problem is that Obama is way ahead and McCain needs a game changer. If not tonight, then when?
Oh yes he does.
Take our guns.
Take our money.
Take our kids through “education.”
He has all kinds of plans for you and me.
“Why does McCain let 0bama lie right to face??? Call him on it!! 0bama is a liar.
All McCain talks about is sitting down with the other party and taking on his party’s leaders - tired, people already heard it and they’re not worked up bout it.”
My father-in-law made a great point about Bob Dole when he was running for president and spouting the same bipartisan mush. He said that, as long as Dole had been in Congress and in the minority, he had to learn to compromise to get anything done. Even when he was running for president, he wasn’t able to do anything different.
Sadly, McCain’s decades in the Senate have left him with the same disability. Which is why I’d just as soon never run a senator or congressman for president again. Give me governors — or Newt (out of govt) any day.
Yepp, Chili and red beans and rice, that will have to become a staple unless something happens!
Wouldn’t it be funny if we really are entering another ice age, and the solution is to burn more fossil fuels to warm the earth !!! LOL !!!
when mccain mentioned
