Good breeding does that....it distinguishes the GOP from the DEMs. Unfortunately, there is no longer room for courteous discourse...just coarse in Congress now that the Dems are in charge again.

You hear Krauthammer on Fox now? Said it was “baffling” that McCain and Palin are not playing up his call for regulation of Fannie and Freddie. I must agree. It’s like they’re throwing away a great issue. I was sorry gun control did not come up tonight too as it would have been a winner for our side. That’s another reason I don’t like the single moderator format. There were probably a dozen other times I would have answered differently from Sarah but apparently she did fine on her own. The reviews seem to be mostly positive largely because of her average Jane and Joe appeal.
