Just got back from my local Republican Party headquarters and they were discussing a rumor that Joe Biden was dropping out of the race. The speculation was that it was due to health.
Is this rumor circulating any where else?

The only way I could see this:
Biden drops out, Hillary becomes the VP candidate. She and Obama really do not want this scenario.
Obama is proven not a citizen, Hillary moves up to run for POTUS.
