Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company That the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama Were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents Pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083.
The DNC was Served at 12:00 p.m. And Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of The Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.
McCain has chosen a running mate that has absolutely sent the wild liberal left wing (who is in absolute control of the House and Senate) into a frantic panic that they may have a lot of trouble recovering from.
McCain gave a great, albeit not perfect, as we would desire, speech Thursday night. We are going to disagree with McCain in the future. But, no matter how much we disagree with McCain, the alternative is so ASTRONOMICALLY WORSE that it is a really easy decision to make.

I saw the original law suit a couple of weeks ago. The inference is that he was born in Kenya and the Hawaiian birth certificate is a fake.
Friday Glenn Beck was talking about O’s “domestic force, every bit as powerful as our military”. He was relating information about a group that has already started up in Chicago. O is listed as the founding director and M is the managing director. In an interview he was talking about, this group already has 2,250 protesters on their payroll and 70% of the group is black. They have very high expectations about what O is going to be able to do for them and are finding it very easy to find people who will drop everything to protest, as long as $$$ is involved.
There are all kinds of monetary enticements, along with promises of entre’ into universities and funding for tuitions.
I can’t remember the name of the group, but I’d bet that Glenn Beck has it on his website, or in his web zine. It was an interesting expose’. Maybe someone else at ATRW heard Glenn on Friday and can fill in the blanks.

His father’s first, actually, real wife, whom nobama calls Grandma told some news reporters nobama was actually born in Kenya...that is what started people looking into his birth place.
Well, there is controversy on where the opponent of McCain was born. There are people (some in Kenya) that insist he was born in Kenya. There is also the perplexing problem of his mother not being able to fly (to the U.S. from Kenya) in her pregnant condition because airlines (back then; not sure about now) did not allow a pregnant woman that close to delivery to fly.
Then there is the problem of the birth certificate. As I understand it, the hospital in Hawaii that he was allegedly born in is not required by law to release his birth certificate for inspection, which, of course, he insists not be released. I have seen what is apparently a forgery of his birth certificate online (posted on a local conservative talk show host's website). The thing about it is, as I understand it, his given first name at birth was "Barry", and he changed it somewhere along the line to "Barak". On this birth certificate, it listed his first name as "Barak", which, if in fact his first name was given "Barry" at the time of birth, proves the one I saw online as a forgery. There are also people out there that claim to have made forgeries of the document.
I believe the Constitution should demand that he produce absolute, irrefutable proof that he was born under circumstances that make him a natural born citizen or he be disqualified from the presidential race.
