I cut this recipe off the box of Imperial Pure Cane Brown Sugar probably 35 years ago, and have made it many, many times. The edges are worn, and the recipe is speckled with chocolate. It is my favorite all-time chocolate recipe!

It is my favorite all-time chocolate recipe! Sometimes a new recipe I try bombs or is just "MEH" and then there are times after trying a new one, I throw out all others of the same category! It's so rewarding to find a 'keeper' and then be able to get rid of those that never quite added up to expectations. :)
