I can't install new programs or get rid of the old ones.

Windows installer is not working properly. I have found ways to fix it, but I think I would rather start fresh and new.

I “think” I am very happy with my external hard drive. We will see how happy I am on Tuesday when Grandson Jake reinstalls all my data back to this computer. It is a 500 GB FREE AGENT by Seagate.
