These are some MUST READ comments coming from Hillary Clinton supporters. I dare say that McCain/Palin will be getting a HUGE wage of new supporters from these disenfranchised women. Oh not to mention that this masterfull move has not only sparked a fire within the conservative base, it's a raging fire.

Well, today I am euphoric, but undoubtedly a President McCain will frequently make me feel sick. I can imagine him giving Hillary a shot at HillaryCare. Palin will have nothing to say about it -- Veeps have little power.

1st, links to this forum have been posted all day....
2nd this forum didn’t even exist until it became apparent that Hillary wouldn’t win the nomination and was not going to be picked as the VP candidate...
3rd IF you carefully read the posts you’ll soon discover that many if not most of the posters are well left of center anyway and in my opinion are likely republicans or were leaning that way anyway.
4th it’s not a very big site member wise... over 25% of the members have only been signed up in the last 36hrs....
Not dissing them, but I wouldn’t read too much into it.

1- unites the base
2-demoralizes the opposition
3-moves independents

5- makes old joe biden look well old

I looked at 30 random Hillary blogs, It’s unbelievable, they are switching over to McCain because he selected Sarah Palin. Gender seems to overrule ideology. Looks like the
McCain/Palin ticket is going to pull in a lot of woman democrats.

The dems have sent out their first wave of talking points>
1- She not a real woman because she's against “choice”.
2- She not as experienced as Biden
3- Alaska is too small (population wise) to really count.
4- She's a racist hate-monger, homophobe who wants to shove religion down our throats.
5- She disrespected the office of VP.
6- She being “investigated” for corruption.
and...
7- She should be home taking care of her child with Down’s.
Watch out for these until monday when the polling returns come in and they get new ones.

Sure, Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton may have had their differences, but if you are a man (or woman), you rise over those differences and move on with the future.
