They had ugly women on every previous show, many with man-hands; so really what changed with this season anyways?
I call it the "no contestant is allowed to be prettier than Tyra Banks Show" since I routinely see better looking young women at the mall.

What if Isis has partial androgen insensitivity syndrome. That does raise some interesting questions. If Isis had complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, she would without question be a woman. How do we decide in the case of partial androgen insensitivity syndrome?
