Well, a couple thoughts, here. I agree with keeping gubmint out of our homes. The rub with your statement is that slowly, inexorably, government (via legislation and the courts) is making homosexuals a protected class of citizen. The pendulum has swung 'way too far. Everyone deserves equal protection of government.
Government and sin do not equate. Government cares not a whit about what is or isn't sinful, only what is legal. Sinfulness is the realm of my relationship to my creator. A plane far above my relationship to my government.
I have learned, over several decades, that if I avoid what the Bible calls sin (an impossible endeavor, I admit, since I am always 'starting over'-- but I do start over) I live a better life. Don't lie about my neighbor, don't steal, don't pass on unsubstantiated rumor, don't by word or action harm my neighbor, all those things and more. Consider this -- 'gay' men live an average of 20 or more years less than 'normal' men. How then is this sinfulness a good thing? How is it even a neutral thing?
Again, if I avoid what the Bible calls sin, I lead a better life. One further thought -- it is entirely possible to be too broadminded. Think for yourself, and don't rely on the average of what "your generation" thinks.

I went ot visit my mother in law in MA and we stopped off at a highway stop only to find that there were men using it for sex, needless to say we had to drive futher to get my children to the exit.
Also in MA there is a nice place called blue hills,

I don't know if it is HORMONES or if my friends are gay. I don't judge my friends, I do like them and I don't care if they are straight, gay, bi or asexual. To me, the only person who can judge them is GOD - not someone on the planet.

I know we don't know all. However, we know more about sex then other generations. My mom and dad said that when they were growing up their parents - my grandparents - didn't like Elvis shaking his hips or The Doors doing songs on drugs. As my online friend in Europe says - Us Americans are backwards, you guys have more TV shows that show killing and not many about loving. I don't agree with him much on it, but he's right.

I do agree with you, but unfortunately it doesn't happen that 2 parents are there for the child. Here at my new home - what used to be our vacation home - 8 of 10 my friends have both parents, but where I came from (Connecticut), most of my friends lived with their mom - and if they were lucky - and only 2 were - they saw their dad regularly.
I do agree that both parents should be there for the kids, but with DIVORCE so easy to get, it is a dream.

And I do agree with you, mostly. I as I hetrosexual, believe the best way for kids are a mom and a dad, but I still believe gay couple should adopt older kids - kids who are deemed unadoptable - since most could want young kids.

One of them live with his mom, as his dad was killed by a drunk driver 2 years ago. He plays soccer, football and baseball. He waterskis, kneeboard and wakeboard. To see him, you would think he is straight. He is into science.
My other friend lives with his parents - he plays football, he waterskis and scuba dives. He owns a boat detailing business for the summer visitors on the lake. His dad owns a marina. His interests is business.

Sorry RWT, these findings are indeed scientific. Do a search on "gay life exptancy." AIDS is not the only factor, there is the entire panoply of sexually transmitted diseases, abuse is higher in homosexual groupings (can't bring myself to call them couples), and last but not least, depression.
I commend you on the way you have stuck with this thread. You have absorbed a lot of propaganda from your 'gay' friends. You have absorbed a lot of information from posters on this thread.
