Newly formed Tropical Storm Dolly over the NW Caribbean Sea near 18.4N 84.2W. 1008 MB at 11AM this morning. Max sustained winds 40KT, gusts 50KT, moving NW at 15KT.
It’s in the eye right now, waiting on vortex message - they’re aiming to drop the sensor in the northern part of the eye, eye approximately 19 miles across (measuring off of radar.)
The movement has been quite negligible. And, it has not been steady. It has been jiggin and jaggin for the last 7 hours.

NN: As landfall approaches, perhaps a newer version of this in Breaking?
CD: Beside all the water, Beulah was tornado ville. Yes, down here with all the available heat, tornados are really common. Even Gilbert was a tornado spawner. Keep some blankets or better yet something like a mattress by the tub, ready for duck and cover.
Morning yall. Looking like SPI? Sheet raining here.
LOL.
The official, bonified, and certified hurricane dog seems to be concerned with facing southwest. Now that has me scratching my head.
Stay safe down there, ya’ll.
Morning. He sure seems concerned about the Rio Grande, doesn’t he?
I was just outside “watching” It’s getting windy and a street light just popped.
