I was in SC the week before the SC Primary...

Believe you me Romney’s campaign was big in SC...

Big and expensive..the bucks flowed like the White House had a price tag...

He and Ron Paul ran neck to neck in signs and workers...

Romney and Romney’s son spoke at the rallies..

Romney had mutliple workers at all the precincts on election day...

They were rude and acted like Hillaryites...

Maybe if Romney and his army of campaign workers had run like he was a Republican candidate instead of a beauty queen, he may have done better...

We all chatted to one another about our candidates and about the Democrats etc..

Even the Ron Paul folk talked to everyone else..

But not the MittNittWitts...

They were a cut above..Too good to talk to common Republicans..

I doubt if they acknowledged Romney was supposed to be one of us...

They were too competive to do any candidate any good...

And Romney went after the nomination as though the world owed it to him..

That’s why we still have to put up with their sore loser syndrome SIX MONTHS after Romney lost..

Or saw the White Elephant and dropped out..

You know what you know because you were in South Carolina one week before the primary. I know what I know because I have family, friends and relatives who live in South Carolina and were there up to and including the primary. Some were actually involved in the rival campaigns and report that the biggest share of pre-recorded phone calls came from Huckabee.

One husband/wife pair I know actually split their votes between Romney and McCain because they were so offended by the entitlement mentality of the Huckster. Both are Baptists.

Of course, I will concede it is possible that you know something I don't and that Rush, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity and people with real conservative credentials moved to Romney, not Huckabee, after Fred Thompson dropped out because they are dead wrong and you are right. And it is also possible that I bought the winning Powerball ticket for tonight's drawing.
